Our mission is to nurture the appetite of those who want to dive into a family dimension, carefree and far from common schemes.
Our menus are fully customisable and always respectful of seasonality, chef’s desires and guest’s tastes. We work to offer you a tailor-made experience taking care of every detail.
You will be immersed in a unique atmosphere, to enjoy a gastronomic experience from aperitif to dessert; all accompanied by a selection of drinks and wines designed to enhance the flavours of each dish.
Vision & Values
The journey of Two in The Kitchen, beside pushing itself into the contemporary through colorful and lively combinations, is above all a backward journey towards the origins of Italian cuisine.
We use solely Italian flours and grains to produce highly hydrated bread, we dedicate time to slow and accurate preparations of bisques, broths and brown stocks, we use organic fruit and vegetables and we constantly look for local suppliers, such as the markets of Campagna Amica circuit, trusted fishmongers and butchers, traditional shops and selected wineries throughout the Italian territory.
We believe in the value of details and authentic experiences that only a tailor-made welcome can offer, we want to overcome the dynamics of traditional eating out, combining our exclusive attention with the private and familiar character of our home.
